At Papyrielle, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of notebooks, pens, file folders, or pen holders, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded for hygiene and quality control reasons:

  • Personalized or monogrammed stationery items.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Opened packages of pens, unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our confirmation:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
